Are there any items that I cannot store ?

Yes, you may not store hazardous, dangerous illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.

What size will I need ?

This will depend on the type of furniture and how much you need to store but here is a rough guide of how much you may get in a room.

Room size

20 SqFt – Document Store

25/35 – 1 Bedroom Flat

50/60 – 2 Bedroom Flat

65/70 – 2 Bedroom House

80/100 – 3 Bedroom House

150/200 – 3/4 Bedroom House

What is the minimum rental term ?

4 weeks is the minimum term and we ask for a month’s payment in advance All we ask for is 14 days notice to terminate the contract If you leave with more than £5 credit we will refund the difference

Can I change from Self Storage to Simply Storage ?

Yes you can change from one to the other and we will transfer the balance of your account so you will only pay for what you use.
